Thanks to the following Entrecarders who topped my list of dedicated droppers for the month of June. Most of them dropped every single day last month. Visit these blogs too and they’ll visit you back. Many thanks also to those who left comments. Much appreciated.
Cheers!

Claimed my blog at Technorati…at last
I have it at last, my Technorati claim on this blog. I tried signing up on Technorati a couple of times in the past but never got lucky to get this far. I always had all sorts of error (of course, that’s an overstatement) whenever I went to join Technorati. Luck must be on my side today so cheers!
I’ve visited hundreds of blogs with Technorati badges so it really got me curious why the popularity.
I’m yet to explore the benefits of Technorati and when everything sinks in, I will most likely write a post here on what makes Technorati tick for bloggers and why it’s beneficial.
Till then, ciao!
Femmepower gets Interesting and Lovely Blog Awards
I feel honored to receive these two awards from three awesome bloggers last May. Thanks to Bingkee of I Love/Hate America for this Interesting Blog Award. I’m grateful that you find my blog interesting.
I’m passing on this Interesting Blog Award to Melanie, Mira, Rey, and Xprosaic.
Meanwhile, I got this Lovely Blog Award from A Woman Remembers and WAHM Resource Site.
This One Lovely Blog Award needs to be passed on to 15 other lovely blogs I’ve newly discovered. I can’t reach that number for now so in the meantime I’m passing this on to the following blogs I truly find lovely:
Quintessential Babble, Irresistible Fascinations, The Journey, LIfe According To Me and I’m Walking on Sunshine.
Top EC Droppers for May
Time to say thanks to my frequent visitors again! To everyone, whether you made it to the list or not, I’m grateful for your every visit. Rest assured, once you drop on me, I make it a point to drop back unless I’m really so tied up with hectic schedule, or if I’m ill, or if I’m on top of Mount Everest.
Sending you link loves!
I’ve got mail from Google Adsense
I checked on my mailbox and what a pleasant surprise - I’ve got mail from Google! I’ve been displaying Google AdSense for sometime now. At first, I thought I couldn’t make real money out of it because I didn’t have much traffic when I started. But lately my earnings have been adding up from day to day in my AdSense panel much to my surprise. Not that big yet but good enough for Google to send me my AdSense PIN so I’d be ready for cash out anytime soon. Isn’t that great?
If you haven’t tried it yet, I recommend that you do especially if your blog has high traffic and has a specific niche. Once you install the code and your visitors click on your Google Ads, you earn a certain amount and your money will accumulate even without you noticing it. Important: Never click your own ads if you don’t want your account banned. Google pays you upon reaching $100. If it’s residual income you’re looking for, try Google AdSense and check your mail boxes with excitement.
Speaking of mailboxes, I’m fascinated by the ones I found over at mailboxixchange.com. They have mail box designs that would surely look good on any residential or commercial property. Receiving even mailed bills will not dampen my mood if my mailbox looks as cute as the one in the photo, lol.

Plagiarism is stealing
How would you feel if you come across a familiar post - you own! - in a stranger’s blog and there’s no mention about you? Worse, if you’re banned by an affiliate program for allegedly copying other blogger’s post (when it was you who got plagiarized!).
It wasn’t just once that I encountered bloggers ranting about their posts getting copied by other bloggers and monetizing from them. It’s appalling that plagiarism exists in the blogosphere when blogs are supposed to be unique, individual expressions and viewpoints of the bloggers. It would be flattering for your work to be interesting or valuable enough to be cited by others…but stolen? No thanks.
When you copy other people’s write up without the author’s permission, without crediting the source, and if you’re deceiving your readers that the work is your own, you’re committing plagiarism.
Kudos to Juliana and her friends for coming up with this information campaign against plagiarism in the blogosphere. Juliana was once a victim of plagiarism herself. If you want to help spread this campaign, you may copy the post below and the badge and post it in your blog. Don’t worry, this is a tag so you’re cleared to copy-paste the texts below.
Let’s stir clear of opportunists by letting them know we’re on the look out for them and we’re not amused by what they’re doing. Happy blogging, friends!
Copy from here:
What is Plagiarism?
According to Dictionary, Plagiarism is the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one’s own original work.
To all Bloggers who exert effort to create noteworthy entries and who continue to maintain a Blog which is a reflection of who she / he is, ” Good job! ”
To those who have the desire to Blog but are merely scraping contents from other people‘s materials, ” Whether you are monetizing your site to help you with your basic needs or to satisfy some of your wants, do it the proper way. Stop making money out of someone else’s work. Otherwise, you are nothing but a common thief. ”
