Celebrating life
A few months ago, we were planning and saving for a great family adventure, a leisure travel to places we’ve always wanted to visit. But after the disaster that hit us recently, that plan will have to be set aside. I’m afraid I’ll have to be content with imagining.
I’d love to see myself basking in the sun at Myrtle Beach Resort while my hubby teaches our daughter how to swim or build sandcastles together. I’d love to stay in the Oceanfront Hotel Myrtle Beach and enjoy sumptuous meals while enjoying an awesome view of the ocean right from our hotel room. I’d love to see the vast golf course and see my hubby play. I’d love to experience how it’s like to be in “The Grand Stand” and understand why a lot of people flock to the place for shopping, entertainment, and sight-seeing.
Sadly, my family can’t materialize that dream now. While I’m dreaming of a Resort in Myrtle Beach, the most possible option at this time is to travel locally and the top destination we have so far is Camiguin in Mindanao. We’re scheduling it a day after my brother’s wedding next month so we can save on the airfare. We’re lucky not to be traumatized with water after that devastating flood we went through. I guess no disaster can take away the Filipinos’ zest to celebrate life.

Sorry about the problems you had to endure. But sometimes things are meant for a reason.Keep Myrtle Beach in your dreams. When it is right it will come true.

Hope you and your family have fun. The important thing is spending time together; not the distance you travel. Thanks also for placing my advert, it’s appreciated.
If you’d like to dream further, please come and enjoy my pics, do a virtual vacation.
Glad you fared well with the flood.
Sandy

It is wonderful to go to visit different places. But as long as you are with who you love that is what counts.
