I’m a mom who rarely has the luxury of time to go out for some recreation. I don’t have much choice with my busy schedule but to set it on this routine: home-work-home.   When I’m home, I love watching TV next to blogging.  It’s a practical way to watch good films that I missed on the big screen.  And there are many of them!

I love watching HBO, Cinemax, Discovery Channel, to name a few.   My daughter prefers music channels and my husband loves watching the news on CNN and Fox News. With my family’s diverse viewing preferences, local channels wouldn’t suffice. If you’re fond of TV too, Satellite Directv can be a smart option for you and your family.  I heard a lot of Americans have made a switch from cable to Direct Satellite TV over the following reasons: clearer picture, fewer signal outages, better rates and customer service.  I can’t know for sure because we don’t have it here yet in the Philippines.  But the buzz I’ve been reading on the internet indicates that  Direct TV is a good alternative to cable tv.

I’m curious.  I’ve always been fascinated seeing homes with satellite dishes.  D’ya have one?

I don’t have Satellite, but Digital Cable. The package I took doesn’t have as much options as satellite but it has enough to keep us busy.

We used to have Directv and we loved it. However they just kept raising their fees, and taxes, and surcharges. When our bill got over a 100 dollars per month, I said enough is enough.

It could be a great alternative to people who’s really fond of TVs. Maybe soon it would be available here in our country too :)

… I would also like to let you know that I like your blog so I’ve given you an award and will add you in my blog link as well!
